Our Guest Services Team has extensive knowledge regarding the local areas and the villas themselves. By understanding your needs and expectations, we will are able to offer you the most suitable villas that really meet your holidays' criteria.

Think of us as your Personal Travel Assistant and you will enjoy the safety and comfort of being able to reach us at all times. Our role is to respond to your requests, anticipate your other needs and, in time, get to know your tastes and preferences.

We will handle every planning aspect of your holiday, and can tailor all of the travel, staffing and logistical aspects to meet your requirements, ensuring that everything will be ready, just as you asked, by the time you are met by our friendly arrival team upon arrival at our Check in office .

Right after your booking is confirmed, you can let us know of everything that you would like us to arrange before your arrival. There is practically no limit to what we can arrange for you. From luxury rental cars, Harley Davidson Motorcycles, and airport transfers to beauty treatments and personal trainers, or a birthday party for that special day of your children! Below is a list of services we usually arrange for our guests, but if your wish is not on the list, don't be afraid to ask!

Airport Transfers
We can arrange your transfers for you so that you don't have to worry. We will arrange to have our transfer drivers meet you at the arrival gate at the airport, bring you to our 24 hour check in desk and then on to your villa. A simple stress free service to start your holiday off in the best possible way.

Baby Packages
We can provide you with all your baby requirements to make your stay as stress free as possible. Avoid the hassle of trying to bring your baby's kit with you, from stair gates to bouncers and sterilizers we can take care of it for you.

Luxury Car Rentals
If you decide to rent a vehicle during your vacation – our Guest Services Team can organize and make the booking for you. Our approved Car Rental Co. know all our homes and will deliver your car straight to the villa, so you can settle in without the hassle.

24 Hour Check In
Our Guest Services Team ensures a seamless arrival by coordinating, in advance, your entire party's flight details with our transfer drivers. The arrival process can be stress-free with the procedures provided to you before you leave. All guests are shown the villa ins and outs, given important contact numbers and local information by our Guest Services Team.

Tours and Activities
Enjoy the flavor of the local areas with recommended activities run by our trusted suppliers. From out-of-this-world sailing excursions to private winery tours and tastings, we hold the keys to those authentic experiences that make vacations truly great.

Special Events
Have something to celebrate? Our Guest Services Team are experts in helping you coordinate one-of-a-kind events such as birthdays, anniversaries, family reunions and more. Just let us know what you have in mind! We are also happy to suggest a wedding coordinator for those planning to host their special day at one of our villas.

Massage and beauty treatments
Feel truly pampered with spa services sent right to your villa. Our Guest Services Team will coordinate with local contacts to offer custom, relaxing spa "menus" according to your exact needs. Private yoga or Tai Chi instruction is another guest favorite.

From babysitting services to professional photo shoots for your vacation, our Guest Services Team can help organize just about anything you require. Tell us about your custom vacation needs.
Our Resort Manager can visit you at your villa 24 hours after arrival once you have settled in, our Guest Services Team will be on hand at all times of the day to assist you with everything you may need throughout your holiday with Oceanview.

You will never feel alone during your stay with us, except when you want to, of course.

Our Guest Services Team has great local knowledge about the resorts, most having spent many years there. They are chosen not only for their intimate knowledge of the resort, but also for their ability to offer interesting events and activities for each guest and they are encouraged to be proactive.
They can of course advise you about which is the hottest restaurant in town, but also which beach to go to when a strong wind is blowing, inform you about local events that are not usually for tourists, or arrange with the local fisherman to take you fishing with him the next morning! Let us know what kind of activities you like and allow us the pleasure of presenting you with some wonderful options.
